2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Tipsdemy. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use such services in your country of residence.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Sharing your account with others is not permitted and may result in termination.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Access to Tipsdemy's content and community requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed as described at the time of purchase. We accept cryptocurrency payments via NowPayments. All fees are stated clearly before checkout and are charged in the currency shown at the time of payment.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew automatically unless you actively choose to renew. You will be notified before your access expires.
5. Refund Policy
All fees paid to Tipsdemy are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to enrollment fees, subscription fees, renewal fees, and any other service charges.
Because access to our platform, course content, community, and trading materials is granted immediately upon payment confirmation, we are unable to offer refunds once a transaction is completed — regardless of whether the content has been fully used or not.
If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your account, please contact our support team and we will resolve it promptly. Account access issues do not qualify as grounds for a refund.
By completing a payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted this no-refund policy.
6. Affiliate Program
Tipsdemy operates an affiliate (referral) program. When your referred members renew their subscriptions, you earn a commission based on the rate set at that time. Commissions are credited to your account balance and can be withdrawn subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable conditions.
Tipsdemy reserves the right to modify commission rates, payout schedules, or suspend the affiliate program at any time with reasonable notice. Any attempt to abuse the referral system — including self-referrals or fraudulent sign-ups — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute any content from the platform without written permission.
- Use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
- Disrupt or interfere with the platform's infrastructure or other users' experience.
- Misrepresent Tipsdemy's services when promoting your affiliate link.
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account without a refund.
8. Trading Risk Disclaimer
Trading Forex and Cryptocurrency carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all individuals. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Tipsdemy does not guarantee profits or specific trading outcomes. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any financial losses that may result. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on Tipsdemy — including course materials, tips, graphics, and text — is the property of Tipsdemy and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may access content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked immediately. No refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Tipsdemy after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
